Seattle’s Plumbing has been an incredible blessing! My husband and I were so concerned about finding a qualified team to address why we thought was a failed mainline. Even though other plumbing teams had come out and all quoted us 11k in repairs Seattle Plumbing used their seasoned experience and good judgement to investigate further and found that we only had a failed laundry drain and was able to save us over 7k when they could have just agreed with all the other plumbers.
Since then we have used them at two other properties and they have served our needs by both addressing urgent issues, and also helping us to create a plan to address risks in a phased strategic approach.
We are so grateful to have found a plumbing team we can trust our home and rental properties with!

Best plumber experience. Got an outrageous estimate from Raymark Plumbing to replace a shower valve. They said they would have to cut out some of the surrounding tile work, etc. David did it for less than 1/4 of that price by replacing the valve without disturbing a single tile. Only took a hour. Great experience!

Our water heater was getting due to be replaced so I got a quote from him but waited to move forward as life got busy. Six months later the water heater started leaking and I called him. Within minutes he called me back and helped walk me through how to drain the water heater over the phone so we wouldn't have any further damage. He scheduled a replacement for us, the very next morning. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours. He even honored a previous discount from the original quote that had expired. David is top notch!! By far, the best plumber I’ve ever used. He will be the only plumber I will use from here on out. He is excellent and efficient, and very skilled! He fixed the plumbing issue with our toilets I originally contacted him about (replaced the components inside the tanks), but when he was here, I had him look at something questionable with our plumbing under our sink, and he saw a problem, pointed it out to me, explained it well, and he was able to fix it when he was here still! I was so grateful and our plumbing under our sink looks and works significantly better now! And he was extremely thorough and did excellent work!
Also, while he was here, he noticed the water shut off valve on one of our toilets was starting to fail. I would have never known this was failing if he hadn’t been thorough! So he replaced that as well.
I loved that David didn’t just come to “do the job”, but he went above and beyond expectations!

I contacted Seattle's Plumbing last week for a non-urgent repair. I received a prompt reply and scheduling was a breeze with great communication throughout the process. David arrived promptly during our pre-scheduled window, replaced a leaking hose bib, and inspected a mystery issue in the crawl space. Not only did David check and explain the source of the mystery rust pile, he looked all around the crawl space and did a thorough fix of some loose strapping that he found in a different area. Plus, he patiently answered quite a few other questions that came up! Having confidence in your plumber definitely lightens the stress that comes with homeownership! We had a leak in a drain pipe in the wall. Called on a Sunday, left a message and immediately heard back from the owner David and he said he’d have someone at our house at 8am on Monday. Brandon came and gave us an estimate to locate the leak. He was able to locate it quicker so the bill was less. He quoted to repair it and did the repair the next day.
