SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern text messages sent by Timberline Plumbing regarding plumbing inquiries, appointments, estimates, projects, billing, customer support, and—only with separate consent—promotions.

Effective September 5, 2026

1. Program and consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, or by initiating a text conversation with Timberline Plumbing and agreeing to continue by text, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Timberline Plumbing at the number you provided.


Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to messages at that number.


2. Types of messages

Messages may include:

  • Responses to plumbing inquiries and customer-care conversations;
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival notices, and scheduling updates;
  • Estimate, project, invoice, payment, and service-related notifications; and
  • Promotional offers only when you have separately opted in to marketing texts.


3. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and active services. Message and data rates may apply. Timberline Plumbing does not charge a separate fee for these messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you under your mobile plan.


4. Opting out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Timberline Plumbing. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that confirmation, no further texts will be sent unless you later provide new consent or initiate a new conversation and ask to receive texts again.


5. Help and support

Reply HELP for help. You may also call Timberline Plumbing at (425) 399-0958. Reply STOP to cancel. Message and data rates may apply.


6. Delivery and carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and messaging features may change.


7. Privacy

Your information is handled according to the Timberline Plumbing Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.


8. Changes to these terms

Timberline Plumbing may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
