I’m incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism David from Timberline Plumbing brought to my home. He arrived exactly on time, greeted me with a calm and confident presence, and immediately made me feel like the situation was in good hands. My toilet and shower drains had been acting up, and he diagnosed the issue quickly without any fuss.
What stood out most was how thorough and thoughtful he was. David explained the problem clearly, walked me through the repair plan, and made sure I understood what he was doing at every step. He worked efficiently but never rushed, double‑checking his work and ensuring everything was functioning perfectly before he left.
He kept the space clean, wiping everything down afterward. David provided honest work and clearly took pride in doing things the right way.
David’s professionalism made a stressful situation feel easy. Thanks to him, my shower and toilet are working perfectly again, and I feel confident knowing I have a plumbing service I can trust.

Best plumber experience. Got an outrageous estimate from Raymark Plumbing to replace a shower valve. They said they would have to cut out some of the surrounding tile work, etc. David did it for less than 1/4 of that price by replacing the valve without disturbing a single tile. Only took a hour. Great experience!

Excellant communication. David explains everything so well. His work was done in a timely manor. He just talked so clearly about our problem and how to solve it. I would highly recommend the company Seattle Plumbing and David.

We are part way through a challenging project. David in particular has been above and beyond any reasonable expectation. Can’t recommend high enough…
Gayle O.
Seattle Plumbing provided excellent service with very professional and personable staff. They were careful of our home by covering floors and using shoe covers. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after they finished. The project work itself was successful and done neatly.

Excellent work! Very pleased with the whole process.

Seattle’s Plumbing has been an incredible blessing! My husband and I were so concerned about finding a qualified team to address why we thought was a failed mainline. Even though other plumbing teams had come out and all quoted us 11k in repairs Seattle Plumbing used their seasoned experience and good judgement to investigate further and found that we only had a failed laundry drain and was able to save us over 7k when they could have just agreed with all the other plumbers.
Since then we have used them at two other properties and they have served our needs by both addressing urgent issues, and also helping us to create a plan to address risks in a phased strategic approach.
We are so grateful to have found a plumbing team we can trust our home and rental properties with!

David and his team are fantastic to work with. He does a great job explaining the process and fixing the problem fast. I would recommend him to anyone with their plumbing needs.

These plumbers are competent, chill, tidy and on time. We set up another job right away!

This is the company that I would contact first for plumbing repair. Very nice people.

I have to say, every step, from the initial phone call with David to getting the work done was a pleasure. I got texts so I knew when the plumbers, John and Dylan, were coming. They were very professional and easy to talk with, and explained exactly what they needed to do and where they'd have to cut into the wall. I put their card on my fridge- I have an old house and will need a plumber again.
Lynn P.
David was very knowledgeable, with high integrity. Great experience.
Linda A.
Solves the problem no matter how long it takes. Wonderful to work with.

Great service and excellent work! Highly recommend Seattle's Plumbing. They fixed an underground water leak and aslo replaced an unfunctioning earthquake valve on my gas line. Both quickly and expertly done.
Rebecca R.
I highly recommend Seattle's Plumbing LLC for any and all work you may need! Great customer service, quick, reliable and trustworthy. David is the best! Our water heater was getting due to be replaced so I got a quote from him but waited to move forward as life got busy. Six months later the water heater started leaking and I called him. Within minutes he called me back and helped walk me through how to drain the water heater over the phone so we wouldn't have any further damage. He scheduled a replacement for us, the very next morning. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours. He even honored a previous discount from the original quote that had expired. Such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. He answered a ton of questions for us and we will definitely continue to call him in the future. Thank you David!

David is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was easy and he was right on time. We had a great experience working with him and Seattles Plumbing!

David at Seattle’s Plumbing easily earned a 5 star review from us. He was able to respond quickly, was on time, friendly, professional and communicative. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained things in a detailed way that made sense to me as new homeowner. Priced very fairly as well. We will keep their number for any and all future plumbing needs. Thank you David!

I contacted Seattle's Plumbing last week for a non-urgent repair. I received a prompt reply and scheduling was a breeze with great communication throughout the process. David arrived promptly during our pre-scheduled window, replaced a leaking hose bib, and inspected a mystery issue in the crawl space. Not only did David check and explain the source of the mystery rust pile, he looked all around the crawl space and did a thorough fix of some loose strapping that he found in a different area. Plus, he patiently answered quite a few other questions that came up! Having confidence in your plumber definitely lightens the stress that comes with homeownership! What a relief to have found David and Seattle's Plumbing!

David is top notch!! By far, the best plumber I’ve ever used. He will be the only plumber I will use from here on out. He is excellent and efficient, and very skilled! He fixed the plumbing issue with our toilets I originally contacted him about (replaced the components inside the tanks), but when he was here, I had him look at something questionable with our plumbing under our sink, and he saw a problem, pointed it out to me, explained it well, and he was able to fix it when he was here still! I was so grateful and our plumbing under our sink looks and works significantly better now! And he was extremely thorough and did excellent work!
Also, while he was here, he noticed the water shut off valve on one of our toilets was starting to fail. I would have never known this was failing if he hadn’t been thorough! So he replaced that as well.
I loved that David didn’t just come to “do the job”, but he went above and beyond expectations!
David is a super nice guy, very professional, explained everything so clearly, he left the spaces he worked clean, and just very friendly and personable.
Contact David for any of your plumbing needs!! You will be very happy with the results!

This is the third time we’ve had the pleasure of working with David- the owner, and once again, the owner went above and beyond even after hours—to ensure everything was fixed properly. From sink plumbing repairs to bidet installations, and now repairing a leaking expansion tank, he has consistently delivered high-quality, reliable work.
What truly sets him apart is his genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, his quick response time—even with a busy schedule, and the peace of mind that comes with a one-year warranty on his work.
Highly recommended for anyone in need of trustworthy, professional plumbing services!
Heidi B.
I appreciate David taking the time to talk through the options and be really clear about costs. He got the job done quickly and efficiently and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if there is another plumbing issue.
Diana D.
Highly recommend Seattle’s Plumbing! We had a leak and called around to find help. One of the big names that does a lot of advertising in the area responded first, but didn’t even look at the leak before quoting us $2500. We decided to get a second opinion and David responded, took a look at the situation, gave us a very fair quote and took care of the issue right away. We had instant rapport and trust and will keep Seattle’s Plumbing in our phone contacts in case we have future needs or need to refer a friend or family member.
Chris L.
We have had David, owner of Seattle’s Plumbing out twice to our home on different jobs and have been so impressed with the work he has done. David gave us different options for what needed to be done and explained the options thoroughly. The job got done when promised and how it was promised. We highly recommend Seattle’s Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry!
Calista J.

Quick response and service!! They were able to come within an hour of booking. We had to choose the next morning for our scheduling purposes. Booking and completion of service was less than 24hrs! We love fast service vendors. Seattle's Plumbing will be our go to plumbers! Thank you!

Fair, friendly and fast! Definitely would hire again. Thank you, Brandon!

As a real estate professional, I only recommend service providers I can truly rely on—and David is one of them. I worked with him personally and was impressed by his professionalism, affordability, and efficiency. I referred him to a client who had just purchased a home, and she was absolutely thrilled with his work. He’s easy to communicate with, gets the job done right, and makes the entire process seamless. If you need a trustworthy plumber, David is the one to call!
Deborah J.
David came out to my house to unclog my tub drain and was able to get a bunch of hair and other debris out of the drain. This was very quick and easy he said. He listened to me and did something special for me. I truly believe there are angels among us and David is one of them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️❤️❤️🙏

We had a bit of an emergency install of a tankless water heater.
David and his team were knowledgable, professional and prompt. We were very happy with the result. The service after the sale was top notch, especially when it pertained to free advice on a completely unrelated plumbing question which David was happy to answer.
Jason L.
Had a new sink and disposal installed and they did a great job. The new sink looks great and the functionality is significantly better than before. The new disposal is whisper quiet, couldn’t recommend these guys more.
Tommy E.
Excellent in every way. Work done right, friendly, great communication, fast. Will definitely call them again if/when I need a plumber.
Mike K.
We had a leak in a drain pipe in the wall. Called on a Sunday, left a message and immediately heard back from the owner David and he said he’d have someone at our house at 8am on Monday. Brandon came and gave us an estimate to locate the leak. He was able to locate it quicker so the bill was less. He quoted to repair it and did the repair the next day. He was helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job. We will definitely use Seattle’s Plumbing in the future and would certainly recommend them.

Jack G.
Through and through, a great company to work with. From the quoting process to finishing the job, everything was seamless. They also provided the most affordable quote, compared to the others I got.
I had a small gripe about the way something turned out, David came back the same week to completely redo it for me at no additional cost.
Will be using them again if need be and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Susan T.
Oh my goodness! David is just awesome. He was highly recommended to us by a neighbor, and did not disappoint. He installed a new hot water tank, as well as a new kitchen sink and faucet for a very reasonable price. I only wish my neighbor had recommended him sooner, as we had felt that previous contractors had been far too costly. Did I mention David’s excellent workmanship? I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. You won’t regret it.
Leanna T.
David came on super short notice and finished the job with excellence. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would use Seattle Plumbing for our next emergency or project.
Rebecca J.
David was fantastic! He not only diagnosed and solved our plumbing problem with impressive expertise, but also did so at a very reasonable price. Throughout the process, David was ethical and professional. I highly recommend!
Rosemary B.
David was knowledgeable, friendly and is very trustworthy. He had noticed during a prior job that we had some pipe corrosion, not needed repair immediately but sure was good to have this information. He also supplied photos as getting under the house was not something I want to do.
Margie K.
David is an excellent plumber and very honest about what is required. So not only is his work excellent, he’s trustworthy.
Naomi S.
I was so fortunate to have David come out to fix the plumbing under our kitchen sink. He replaced the pipes with high quality materials and it was done very well. Everything from scheduling to the end of the repair went very smoothly. He was knowledgeable and finished the job quickly but efficiently. Everything I could have asked for. And he was very friendly and clean!
Josh P.
As a contractor myself I am knowledgeable in various trades yet rely on subcontractors for work outside of my area of expertise- Seattle's Plumbing LLC is one such occurrence. It is rare for one contractor to applaud another's work (as a potential competitor) however their service, knowledge, and experience were on full display throughout the entirety of our project making our lives so much easier. Definitely plan on using them from now on!
Elsie C.
Very, very reliable, respectful and very polite.Whenever I needed him he’s always there for me.I won’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.
Dakota J.
Absolute pleasure to work with! They came out promptly, listened to my concerns for what I needed repaired and went over options with the best customer service I have ever encountered. Learned amazing little pro details from David about the new install. He clearly is a master of his craft and trains his team well. Jonny performed the install and it was unbelievably clean, perfect, and done faster than I expected. Super impressed and will be contacting them for any other plumbing jobs without a doubt. Thank you guys!
Molly G.
Great experience multiple times now! Extremely helpful!

Rick D “Service Manager” super responsive to our clog from our 4 year son flushing a toy down the toilet. Toilet flushes like normal would recommend Rick D and Timberline to anyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable price rate.
Claire P.
Great experience with David from Timberline! He solved my clogged washing machine drain issue. He was able to jet the drains as needed and did it very professionally, and took time to explain the options and what he was doing. He left everything clean and went the extra mile to help maintain our home. Highly recommend!
Diane G.
I contacted this Plumbing service from a recommendation of a friend. They got me an appointment within a day and fixed my leak in my kitchen sink in 45 minutes. Friendly and reliable! Thank you. They did not charge me for this service this time. Great service!

Outstanding Service—Above and Beyond Expectations!
I cannot say enough good things about Timberline Plumbing! We needed after-hours service, and from the very first phone call through the completion of the job, the experience was exceptional.
David called ahead to let me know he was on his way, provided an expected arrival time, and even thoughtfully asked if I had a preference for where he parked. He arrived exactly when promised and was exceptionally professional, courteous, and conscientious about our home, taking care to protect our floors and respect our space.
What impressed me most was that David went above and beyond simply fixing the problem. He took the extra time to verify that the issue was truly resolved and that everything was working as it should. That level of care and attention to detail gave us tremendous peace of mind.
The cost was reasonable and in line with what I would expect for an after-hours service call. More importantly, the quality of service, professionalism, and genuine concern for doing the job right made it well worth it.
If you are looking for a plumbing company that shows up when promised, treats your home with respect, and takes pride in doing the job right, I wholeheartedly recommend Timberline Plumbing. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, David, and Timberline Plumbing!
